The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the city, making it easy to explore the historic attractions by foot. The rooms are spacious and well-planned, with modern decor and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including made-to-order eggs.
The cleaning service seemed to be lacking, as our room was only cleaned once during our stay.

Centrally located in Old Town, with comfortable beds, fast wi-fi, and excellent breakfast. Nearby attractions include Holsten Tor and Niederegger café for marzipan. Expensive parking available, book in advance. Would recommend and consider returning.

This place is located right in the center of the old town. It is so convenient to walk to all the major attractions and shopping areas. The staff here is really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet, and we even got upgraded to a top floor room with a balcony. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The rooms at this 4-star Superior hotel were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The soundproof windows allowed for a peaceful night's sleep and the views were stunning. Additionally, the sauna and steam bath were a great way to relax after a long day of traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel even reserved a parking space for us. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is located just minutes away from all the major attractions in the city center. The room I stayed in was clean and modern, with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also well-equipped and had everything I needed.
